Fear:
Fear is something many dogs live with. Dogs can be fearful of many things. Some dogs even with treatment can still remain somewhat fearful. It is our job to help your dog live a more comfortable life. We can help ease the pain.
Aggression:
Aggression is a dog coming forward, growling, showing teeth, etc. Sometimes fear also plays a part in a dog becoming aggressive. Resource guarding is the most common aggression problem we see. This involves a dog that is protecting an item.
Separation Anxiety:
This is a tough one for dogs. Dogs are very social creatures and for us to leave and go to work everyday is hard for them to understand. It is often misdiagnosed. We can help.
Young energetic dog:
Dogs are most often taken to shelters around 6 months to 1 1/2 years of age. Reason is adolescents. Need I say more? Teen age dogs! Sometimes behaviors in young dogs can be jumping, mouthing, play biting. These behaviors need to be worked on at a young age to help prevent more serious problems later.
